Crunchy Coconut Granola

Here is the Granola recipe we all love in our home. The oats are imbued with  mild coconut flavor and there is so  much good things in it, namely nuts, fruits and honey. Enjoy inshAllah.


Rolled oats- 3 cups

Coconut Oil- 1/4 cup

Raw sugar- 4 tablespoon

Honey- 1/4 cup

Nuts- 1/2 cup (sliced/chopped)

Dried fruit- 1/2 cup


1. Preheat oven to 325 degree.

2. Combine rolled oats. coconut oil, sugar in a bowl. Mix well with hand or spoon.

3. Pour the coated oats in a baking pan. Bake for 12 minutes.

4. Take out the pan from the oven, stir, add honey, nuts and dried fruit.

5. Bake for 5 more minutes.

The granola is great for breakfast and also as a snack.
